• Reproduce, duplicate, sell, or resell any portion of the Service without express written permission.

Manufacturer listings on GMP Finder are compiled from publicly available records, including central and state regulatory databases (such as CDSCO and state-level FDAs), industry association registers, and other public directories. While we strive to keep listings accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing information. Manufacturers may claim and manage their own listings to ensure accuracy by contacting us through the claim process.

By submitting any content, data, or information through the Service (including contact forms, RFQ submissions, listing claims, and reviews), you grant GMP Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display such submissions in connection with the operation and improvement of the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GMP Finder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GMP Finder. The structured and curated data presented on this platform, while sourced from public records, represents significant editorial and technical effort and is protected as a compiled work.
